Blocktober 2026

This was a community challenge that encouraged Level Designers to share their work every day of October. I contributed with some of my own blockout work, inspired by my favorite games and shows! These levels were made as examples of level blockouts, which are created to test out the layout and design of a level before the final art pass. Much of this work was created in Unreal Engine 5 or Unity Engine, and all of it was created by me!

Robot Throne Room

Built in Unity Engine, this was inspired by the throne room in Doctor Who’s The Robot Revolution. Recreating the organic shapes with simple shapes was a fun challenge, but I was able to

TARDIS Interior

Inspired by the 2023 TARDIS design, this was my largest project this year and allowed me to blend scripting and level geometry to create some cosmic layouts. I hope you enjoy!

Alien Beach

I created this alien beach in Unity Engine, then updated it to work with a new post-processing effect.

D&D Mountain Bridge

This mountain bridge was built to be used for a D&D game. I built it in Unity Engine in about an hour, then applied my post-processing effects from the Alien Beach scene above.

Tunnel Scene

This was made in Unity Engine to test out the new lighting, materials, and dynamic fog settings. Using some simple scripting, I was able to make the camera advance down the tunnel infinitely.

Parkour City

I created a small parkour map using an asset pack from the Unity Store. It was an interesting challenge to design for a specific platforming style.
